A Castilian What?

Today’s insult is from The Merry Wives of Windsor, spoken by the “Host” of the Garter Inn:

Thou art a Castilian King urinal! (The Merry Wives of Windsor, II.3.21).

Now that is an insult. I’m pretty sure.
